Permitting and New Source Review
Permit Processing Manual
The Permit Processing Manual is currently under development. When
completed, the PPM will replace the APCD's existing ATC Permit Processing
Manual. The PPM is composed of two parts. The first part
consists of Permit Guideline Documents (PGDs) for specific source
categories. The PGDs provide detailed information that allows an
applicant to prepare and submit a complete application. T
The second part of the PPM is the replacement of the existing ATC Permit
Processing Manual. See the draft outline of
th new PePM.
