The APCD will be doing a Compliance Workshop for Rule 353,
Adhesives and Sealants, to help contractors, sellers, adhesive manufacturers,
sales representatives, and industrial users understand the requirements of this
rule, which was adopted in 1999
The workshop topics to be discussed include applicability,
rule product categories, reactive organic compound (ROC) limits, labeling
requirements, allowed exemptions, and substitute products. The workshop will be
held on Jan. 31 at 9:30 AM in the District office.
