Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District

Our Budget

Most of our revenue comes from fees paid by businesses and industries that cause air pollution. The businesses that cause the most pollution pay the most. The remainder comes from state and federal subsidies, grants, and a clean air surcharge on motor vehicle registration.

Adopted and draft budgets, are available here for download as Acrobat PDF files. See How to Download Documents for information on downloading. Also see our Comprehensive Annual Financial Report page.
